Privacy policy
Your body's data, treated like it's yours.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
What we store
- Your account — the email and identifier from your Google sign-in.
- Your profile — name, age, sex, goal, sports, availability, and any injuries or limits you tell us to train around.
- Your daily vitals — sleep score, resting heart rate and overnight HRV, read from your watch via intervals.icu using the credentials you provide, plus recent training activities.
- Your calls and check-ins — the daily recommendations generated for you, and how you said you felt.
- Your purchase — your subscription status. Payment itself is handled by Polar (our merchant of record — the checkout you buy through); your card details never touch our servers.
What it's used for
One thing: making your next call. Your vitals and history are sent to a large-language- model provider (currently Zhipu GLM) as part of generating your daily recommendation — pseudonymous (keyed by an internal identifier, not your name or email) and never for training their models on our say-so.
What we never do
- Sell your data. To anyone, for anything.
- Share it with advertisers or brokers.
- Use it for anything other than running pantarei for you.
Where it lives
In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security: the database itself only answers questions about you to you. Vitals flow from your watch through intervals.icu, a Garmin-approved service you connect yourself and can disconnect at any time.
Your controls
You can edit your profile and replace (re-link) your watch connection in Settings at any time. To delete your account and everything with it, email dario.bianchi00@gmail.com from your sign-in address — deletion is complete and permanent. (In-app deletion is planned alongside the iOS app.)
